as items are all individually made by lucy, there will be a lead-time of roughly 4-6 weeks unless otherwise stated [e.g. for ready-made items or commissions]
all items are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service so your pots will hopefully arrive two working days after your order has shipped
sadly, at the moment, we're only able to ship items to the UK

as every piece is uniquely made and pretty delicate, we don't accept returns. if there's a problem with your order [e.g. it arrived broken, or you think you received a different item than the one you ordered] we're so sorry! please use the form on the contact page to reach out and we'll sort it out for you as soon as possible
